A federal judge recently declared Florida’s ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional.

On August 21st, a federal judge in Tallahassee declared Florida’s ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional, joining other state judges in four counties claiming it violates the 14th Amendment. Nineteen states in the U.S. now allow for the marriage of same-sex couples, will Florida become number twenty? What will this mean for Florida, its residents and conservative groups?
