Special | 12m 43sVideo has Closed Captions

We continue our Voter Voices series, and take a look at felony disenfranchisement.

Once convicted of a felony, Florida residents face a lifetime ban on their civil rights, including the right to vote. According to the ACLU, ex-felons can apply to have their rights restored, but only after completing parole, probation and a lengthy waiting period – and there's still no guarantee these rights will be restored. Our guests discuss this contentious issue.
